Eligibility & Age Requirement Who is permitted to use win96
win96 strictly requires all Users to be aged 21 years or older in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, playing, or placing any wager on the platform.
To be eligible to register and use win96, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Account Registration & Management Creating and maintaining your win96 account
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on win96. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any winnings.
When registering, the User agrees to:
- Provide a valid and operational email address that the User controls and actively monitors;

Deposits & Withdrawals Financial transactions on win96
win96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and CLiQQ/7-Eleven. 4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
- Deposits are credited to the User's Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor.
- win96 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, payment processors may impose their own transaction fees.
- win96 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, the User must complete win96's KYC verification requirements, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
- win96 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing security review or KYC verification.
- Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

- Bonus Funds are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Where a User's account currency differs, win96's published exchange rate at the time of crediting will apply;
- win96 may void any bet or wager that it reasonably determines to have been placed in violation of bonus terms or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of a promotion.
Gameplay Rules Conduct of games and resolution of disputes

Intellectual Property Ownership of win96 content and materials
All content available on the win96 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, trademarks, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of win96 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win96 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the User to:
